Process
1) crush a banana in a plate with the fork
2) add a spoon soup of salt and mix
3) add 10 spoon soup of water and mix
4) add a spoon soup of liquid dishes and mix well. The soup obtained must be homogeneous. Let the reaction act some minutes.
5) Filter the soup with the funnel containing the coffee filter and recover the liquid (it contains the DNA) in the test tube.
6) add the alcohol finely, while inclining the tube.
You will see appear a white substance between water and the alcohol. The biochemists call it the jellyfish of DNA.
