Materials

- Some spinach leaves
- A blender
- Ethanol 70°
- A coffee filter
- A funnel

Process

1) Cut the spinach leaves
in small pieces
and put it in the blender
with about 50ml ethanol
and grind

2) filter the mash gotten with the funnel containing the coffee filter
